One-to-one

Boz teaches one-to-one sitting Zen in the Shala and walking Zen in the garden and forest around the Shala. He meets people for Mondo; a Zen conversation between two people in the cabin on the cliff nearby.​

Introduction to Zen

After a one-to-one meeting, those interested in Zen practice are invited to begin 30 days of daily practice, with Zen coaching each day via a messaging app. Following this introduction, participants can join the regular online classes and come back for more one-to-one sessions.

Group sessions

Sessions are held online by our teaching assistants Tim and Enis with our global group of Zen practitioners. Each class consists of sitting and walking periods with simple instructions given when needed.
